Jamestown Oyster Co.

Dutch Island Oysters are well known for their  mineral saltiness and umami finish. Oysters are grown in surface gear (which is visible from bridge) that promotes a more uniform shape and cup. Proximity to the ocean waters allows for a fresh salty taste.
