Venus oysters are raised in floating cages in Point Judith Salt Pond, Narragansett. The tides pull cold Block Island Sound seawater to mix with the brooks and streams that make this estuary one of the most productive on the East Coast.
Every Venus oyster is hand selected to have a deep cupped 3 inch size, an easy open hinge and shell beauty.
