Rome Point Oysters

Russ describes the flavor of his oysters as an epicurean experience. His oysters, when eaten raw, have a “salty start, sweet finish.”  When cooked on the grill (also highly recommended), they have a similar taste to steamers,  especially delicious when basted with some tarragon butter.
