Pearly Whites are grown right off of Jonathan Island by Ben and Diane Franford (formerly in the dental business, hence the name!). Pearly Whites are high in salinity with light vegetal notes. Jonathan Island Oyster Company cultivates clean delicious oysters at a self-sustaining farm while maintaining a positive environmental impact on our ecosystem using renewable energy.
